Directions for Use

• Establish Glide Path: Begin with small stainless-steel hand files (#8, #10, #15) to ensure a smooth, reproducible glide path

• Insert the SX File Carefully: Place the 19mm SX file into the coronal third of the canal with gentle, controlled pressure

• Use Light Brushing Motions: Employ short, outward brushing strokes against canal walls to remove coronal interferences and dentin ledges

• Avoid Forcing the File: Allow the Gold NiTi flexibility and cutting design to work—do not push aggressively

• Shape Only the Coronal Portion: Limit use to coronal enlargement; SX is not intended for full-length shaping

• Irrigate Frequently: Use NaOCl and EDTA alternately to remove debris and maintain smooth instrumentation

• Proceed with Shaping Sequence: After creating straight-line access, continue with S1 and S2 files as per protocol
