Description

The RX Ease is formulated with an advanced DUAL technology which makes it an excellent Type II restorative glass ionomer with a magnitude of indications. The advancement comprises of improvisations of both the powder and liquid components which include incorporation of High Trans Fluoroaluminosilicate Glass (HT Glass) in the powder and the High Functional Polycarboxylic acid Co Polymer in the liquid which result in an enhanced optical & physical properties of the material.

Directions for Use

• Preparation: Clean and dry the tooth surface where the glass ionomer cement will be placed.

• Mixing: Dispense one scoop of powder and one drop of liquid into a mixing pad. Use a spatula to mix the components until a homogeneous mix is obtained.

• Placement: Using a suitable instrument, place the mixed material into the prepared cavity or onto the tooth surface. Ensure that the material is fully adapted to the tooth structure and there are no voids.

• Contouring and shaping: The material can be contoured and shaped using dental instruments before it sets completely. Setting time of RX Ease is 2 minute 20 seconds that allows for quick and easy shape modification.

• Finishing and polishing: Once the material has set, finish and polish the surface to achieve the desired smoothness and aesthetics.
