Endure Nano is a light-activated, quick-curing Nano Hybrid Composite specifically designed for the direct esthetic restoration of both anterior and posterior teeth. It incorporates ytterbium fluoride mono-dispersed nano-sized particles, along with regular silica and barium glass, to form a cutting-edge nano-filler system. With its high viscosity, Endure Nano effectively resists sticking to instruments while maintaining sufficient flow to adapt to the cavity walls during placement. It is also radio-opaque, allowing for easy identification on X-rays, and offers impressive compressive and flexural strengths. Additionally, the composite has a remarkably low water uptake, preventing pigment absorption and ensuring zero solubility over time. Specifications

Formulation: The resin based matrix contains approximately 19 wt% of Bis-GMA based dimethacrylate system. The filler system contains approximately 80 wt% (65vol%) silanated 40 nanometer ytterbium fluoride, silanated 500 nanometer barium glass and 10 nanometer silica. Thereis approximately 1wt% of catalyst, inhibitors and pigment.

Directions for Use

• Isolation: Isolate the tooth from saliva and moisture using a dental dam or appropriate methods.
• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the cavity, removing debris, decay, and contaminants.
• Bonding: Apply a suitable dental bonding system or adhesive to the cavity walls as instructed for application and curing.
• Composite Placement: Dispense a small amount of resin composite and adapt it into the cavity, ensuring proper adaptation to the walls and contours of the tooth.
• Contouring and Shaping: Use dental instruments to contour and shape the composite material to achieve the desired anatomical form and occlusion.
• Finishing and Polishing: After curing, use suitable finishing and polishing techniques (e.g., burs, discs, polishing pastes) to achieve a smooth and esthetic surface.
