Directions for Use
Preparation:
- Ensure isolation with a rubber dam to maintain a dry working field
- Complete cavity preparation using high-speed burs with constant water-cooling
- Remove caries thoroughly using low-speed instruments or hand tools
- Rinse the cavity and dry gently with a cotton pellet, avoiding desiccation
Direct Pulp Capping:
- Control bleeding with a cotton pellet moistened with sterile saline
- Dispense a small amount of material onto parchment paper or a glass slab, avoiding light exposure
- Apply a thin layer (less than 1mm) using a ball-pointed burnisher
- Cure each layer for 10 seconds with a light source (minimum 1200 mW/cm²)
- Avoid applying on enamel, cavity walls, or retentive areas
- Proceed with adhesive or restorative material as per the manufacturer’s instructions
Indirect Pulp Capping:
- Follow the same steps as direct pulp capping, except no direct pulp coverage is required
Precautions:
- Control bleeding before application
- Do not place bulk material thicker than 1mm in one layer; use incremental curing
Storage and Maintenance:
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight
- Close the syringe cap immediately after use
