Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Prepare and clean the root canal thoroughly.

Mixing:

• Dispense the required quantity of powder and liquid on the provided pad.
• Mix the components in a circular motion using a metal cement spatula until the desired consistency is achieved.
• The desired consistency is when the mixture can be pulled along with the spatula to a distance of ½ inch.
• Note: Do not mix with eugenol.

Application:

• After mixing, fill the canal with the paste using a paste carrier or bi-directional spirals.
• Remove any excess material with a cotton swab.
• Seal off with cement.

Sealing with Gutta Percha:

• After preparation and cleaning of the root canal, select a master cone.
• Fill the canal with the mixed paste using a paste carrier or bi-directional spirals.
• Place the master cone into position until tug back is felt.

Setting Time:

• Working Time: 15 minutes
• Initial Setting Time: 30 minutes
• Final Setting Time: Within 6 hours

Accelerator (if required):

• The kit includes an accelerator for faster setting times.

Removal (if required):

• If removal is necessary, the set mass can be easily removed using RC Solve (Prime Dental’s Gutta Percha and zinc oxide eugenol solvent) and gates drill.

Storage:

• Store away from sunlight in a cool and dry place.
