Directions for Use

• Preparation: Ensure the abrasive strips are clean and free from any debris. Inspect the strips for any damage or wear before use. Prepare the patient, ensuring proper positioning and visibility of the restoration area.
• Selection: Choose the appropriate abrasive strip based on the required level of abrasion and the type of restoration material. Corundum-coated strips are suitable for moderate abrasion, while diamond-coated strips offer finer, more precise finishing.
• Application: Gently insert the abrasive strip into the interproximal space or contact point. Hold the strip with a controlled grip to ensure stability.
• Technique: Begin with a coarse strip if significant adjustment is needed, then progress to finer strips for a smooth finish. Periodically check the restoration to assess progress and ensure the desired contour and contact points are achieved.
• Finishing and Polishing: After shaping and smoothing, use a finer abrasive strip or polishing strip to achieve a high-gloss finish. This helps to enhance the aesthetics and facilitate easier cleaning by the patient.
• Post-Procedure: Remove any debris from the interproximal space using floss or a suitable cleaning tool. Clean the abrasive strips thoroughly after use and sterilize according to standard protocols to maintain hygiene and prepare them for future use.
