Directions for Use

Prepare the Molar Bands:

• Ensure the molar bands are properly fitted and seated on the teeth
• Mark the position for welding the lingual sheath, typically more towards the occlusal margin

Weld the Sheath:

• Weld the lingual sheath to the molar band at the marked position. Ensure the notched part of the sheath faces distally
• Use conventional orthodontic band cement to secure the band to the tooth, following the manufacturer’s instructions

Insert Appliances:

• Once the sheath is securely welded, insert the lingual arch or palatal bar into the sheath
• Use How pliers to guide the tags of the arch into the sheath until they click into place

Secure the Appliances:

• If necessary, use elastomeric or stainless steel ligatures to prevent the arch from sliding out of the sheath

Monitor and Adjust:

• Regularly check the fit and function of the appliances during follow-up appointments. Adjust or replace as needed to ensure proper treatment progression
