Directions for Use

• Select the Appropriate Wire: Choose a square or rectangular stainless steel or NiTi archwire, typically up to .022″ x .025″ in size
• Position the Wire: Place the segment of the wire where you want to make a bend between the parallel tips of the Tweed Arch Plier
• Form the Desired Bend: Squeeze the handles to apply even pressure and create the desired bend, such as first, second, or third order bends, torque, or offsets. The parallel jaws ensure precise 90° bends and strong grip for shaping heavy wires
• Adjust as Needed: Release the plier and check the bend. If further adjustment is needed, reposition the wire and repeat the process until the desired contour is achieved
