Directions for Use

• Use a rectangular or square stainless steel archwire, as these pliers are designed for such wires
• Locate the exact section of the wire where torque adjustment is needed, typically corresponding to the tooth or segment requiring root movement
• Place the male plier on one side of the wire and the female plier on the opposite side, aligning both at the targeted spot
• Squeeze the handles gently but firmly to grip the wire
• Rotate the pliers in opposite directions to introduce the desired torque. The amount of twist controls the degree of torque applied
• Release the pliers and inspect the wire to ensure the torque is correct and the wire is not damaged
• If more adjustment is required, reposition the pliers and repeat the process until the desired torque is achieved
