Directions for Use

Preparation and Bonding

Clean the Tooth Surface:

• Use a cup-shaped rubber wheel to remove tartar and stains
• Rinse with water

Etch the Tooth Surface:

• Apply acid etchant slightly larger than the base plate area
• Etch for 60-90 seconds (or 2-3 minutes for dental fluorosis)
• Rinse thoroughly and dry with warm air

Apply Primer and Adhesive:

• Apply primer to the etched surface and gently blow it with an air pistol
• Place adhesive on the button’s base plate

Position the Button:

• Place the button on the tooth surface and press gently
• Remove excess adhesive to ensure a smooth surface

Cure the Adhesive:

• Use a light curing machine to secure the button in place

Post-Procedure

Attach Orthodontic Appliances:

• These buttons serve as anchor points for elastics, chains, or other orthodontic appliances, facilitating precise tooth movement and alignment
• Attach the desired appliances to the bonded buttons according to the treatment plan

Check Elastic Wear:

• Regularly inspect the bonded button for signs of wear from elastics

Maintenance:

• Ensure proper oral hygiene around the bonded area
