Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the patient’s teeth are clean and dry
• Select the appropriate Ultra-P brackets and archwires based on the treatment plan

Bracket Placement:

• Etching: Apply a phosphoric acid etchant to the enamel for 15-30 seconds, rinse, and dry
• Primer: Apply a bonding agent to enhance adhesion
• Positioning: Use the anatomical base of the bracket, ensuring it fits snugly against the tooth surface

Bonding:

• Apply orthodontic adhesive to the bracket base
• Press the bracket onto the tooth firmly and ensure proper alignment

Wire Insertion:

• Insert the archwire into the bracket slot. The passive design allows for minimal friction, optimizing sliding mechanics.

Adjustments:

• Use an explorer to manipulate the opening and closing mechanism of the brackets as needed
• For precise adjustments, especially in the final phase, elastic ligatures can be added

Monitoring:

• Regularly check brackets and wires during follow-up appointments to ensure effective treatment progression and make necessary adjustments
