Directions for Use

Preparation and Sterilization:

• Ensure all components (collector, injector, filters, and tubes) are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before use by following standard autoclaving procedures.
• Verify that the instrument is assembled correctly with the appropriate size tubes and filters as per the surgical requirements.

Setup:

• Connect the desired bone collector tube (7mm or 12mm) to the suction system.
• Attach the corresponding autoclavable filter to the collector tube to ensure efficient collection of bone tissue.

Bone Tissue Collection:

• During surgery, manipulate the collector tube to suction bone tissue from the operative site.
• Ensure the suction system is functioning correctly to maintain continuous and effective tissue collection.
• Monitor the filter to avoid blockages and ensure the collected tissue is adequately captured.

Switching to Injection:

• Once sufficient bone tissue is collected, detach the bone collector from the suction system.
• Select the appropriate bone injector size (2.5mm, 3.5mm, or 4.4mm) based on the injection requirements.

Bone Tissue Injection:

• Load the collected bone tissue into the funnel of the bone injector.
• Carefully position the injector at the desired site and gently inject the bone tissue.
• Ensure precise placement and distribution of the bone tissue as needed.

Post-Procedure:

• Disassemble all components and clean them thoroughly.
• Sterilize the parts using autoclaving to prepare for future use.
• Inspect all components for any signs of wear or damage and replace them if necessary.
