Directions for Use

• Ensure that the handpiece is turned off and disconnected from any power source.
• Locate the cartridge replacement area on the handpiece. It is usually located near the head or neck of the handpiece.
• Use a wrench or tool provided to loosen the retaining screw or nut holding the current cartridge in place. Rotate it counterclockwise to loosen and remove it.
• Take the new NSK Cartridge for Presto Handpiece and align it properly with the cartridge housing in the handpiece. -Make sure the grooves or notches on the cartridge match those in the housing.
• Insert the cartridge into the housing and push it in firmly until it is fully seated.
• Use the wrench or tool to tighten the retaining screw or nut clockwise, securing the cartridge in place. Ensure it is tightened securely but not overly tightened.
• Once the cartridge is securely in place, visually inspect it to confirm that it is properly aligned and seated within the handpiece.
• Test the handpiece to ensure proper operation before using it on a patient. Ensure that the handpiece rotates smoothly and there are no unusual vibrations or noises.
