Directions for Use

Preparation:

• After biomechanical preparation of the root canal, select the appropriate size Meta Gutta Percha Point Special Taper – 4%.

Heating:

• Warm the Gutta Percha Point using a suitable heating source. This makes the material thermoplastic and facilitates better adaptation to the canal walls.

Insertion:

• Place the heated Gutta Percha Point into the prepared root canal. Ensure proper seating and adaptation to the canal shape.

Compaction:

• Use either cold lateral compaction or warm vertical compaction techniques to compact the Gutta Percha into the canal space. This ensures a tight seal and fills any irregularities in the canal.

Sealing:

• Seal the canal opening with adhesive cement to secure the Gutta Percha filling in place.

Verification:

• Use radiographs to verify the placement and quality of the Gutta Percha filling. The material’s excellent radiopacity aids in assessing the procedure’s success.
