Directions for Use

Preparing the Autoclave:

• Ensure the autoclave is placed on a stable and flat surface.
• Connect the autoclave to a suitable power source or the chosen external heat source.

Loading the Instruments:

• Open the top-loading chamber of the autoclave.
• Place the instruments to be sterilized inside the chamber, ensuring proper spacing for steam circulation.

Closing and Sealing:

• Close the autoclave chamber securely.
• Ensure the sealing gasket is properly placed and in good condition to prevent steam leakage.

Setting Sterilization Parameters:

• Use the control panel or microchip controls to set the desired sterilization parameters, including temperature and time.
• Adjust the settings based on the specific requirements of the instruments being sterilized.

Monitoring:

• Check the LED display to monitor the internal chamber temperature and sterilizing time.
• Observe the color-coded pressure gauge to track the internal chamber conditions during the cycle.Starting the Sterilization Cycle:
• Activate the autoclave to start the sterilization cycle.
• Allow the autoclave to reach the specified temperature, typically 121 degrees Celsius, for effective sterilization.

Completion of Cycle:

• Wait for the sterilization cycle to complete. Most autoclaves have indicators or alarms to signal the end of the cycle.

Steam Release:

• Once the cycle is complete, ensure that the steam release/control valve is safely opened to release any residual steam.

Unloading:

• Open the autoclave chamber carefully.
• Remove the sterilized instruments using heat-resistant handles.

• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Dentalkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
