The socket shield procedure is a novel technique for post-extraction implant placement.With the Gingival Protector, you can retract soft tissue to protect gingiva from rotary instruments during cutting and finishing. Gingival Protecting Shields provide protection of the gingiva during refinement of the socket shield.The Gingival Protector is a superior quality stainless steel instrument that is ideal for a wide range of applications.It features an exclusive crescent-shaped tip attached to a metal handle for easy maneuvering.
