The Spade Spad-ator includes all the configurations of the Spade-tipped Spad-ator needed to access the entire mouth. When the Spad-ator was introduced the straight Sharpened Spade was recommended for the creation of a purchase point for the other Spad-ator.The very fine and sharp point is incredibly well suited to engage and advance into tight spaces. The issue of posterior access was addressed with the later introduction of the Mesial and Distal Spade Spad-ator for the maxillary arch Left and Right (East/West) Spade Spad-ator for the mandible.
The Set of 3 Spade Spad-ator provides access to the entire mouth.
