A soft, elastomer-type gingiva allows realistic scalpel entry, flap elevation, and suture placement, while natural-form teeth are anchored over a periodontal-membrane-like layer to mimic tactile feedback during luxation and extraction. The model integrates distinct training zones: a mandibular right third molar site for complicated extraction (incision, flap reflection, luxation, curettage, and suturing); a mandibular left third molar that is horizontally impacted to practice bone guttering, crown/root sectioning, and removal; a maxillary left molar buccal torus for incision, flap design, and bone trimming using mallet/chisel or rotary instruments; and a maxillary right central incisor featuring a soft apical lesion for osteotomy, apicoectomy, and lesion enucleation. In addition, the platform supports tooth ligation/intermaxillary fixation exercises, replantation, and basic infiltration anesthesia simulation (dry practice). Directions for Use

Setup & Safety: Secure the model on a stable bench. Select appropriate teaching instruments (scalpel, periosteal, elevators, burs/chisel & mallet, suture kit).

Anesthesia Simulation: Identify landmarks and simulate basic infiltration (no fluid). Rehearse needle angulation and aspiration steps verbally.

Incision & Flap: Mark incision lines on the soft gingiva. Make incisions with minimal pressure. Elevate mucoperiosteal flaps using a periosteal elevator.

Procedure Blocks:

• Complicated Extraction (mand. right 3rd molar): Luxate, perform curettage, and rehearse alveolar debridement; reposition flap and suture.
• Impacted Extraction (mand. left 3rd molar): Outline bone window, perform controlled bone guttering, section crown/root, elevate and remove segments.
• Torus Removal (mx. left molar buccal): Raise flap, perform osteoplasty with mallet/chisel or rotary, smooth margins, irrigate (simulated), and suture.
• Apicoectomy (mx. right central): Create cortical window, access apex, resect tip, simulate lesion extirpation, rinse (simulated), and close.
• Suturing: Place interrupted or figure-of-eight sutures; maintain even tension and proper bite depth.
• Cleanup & Storage: Remove residual markings gently, disinfect surfaces, dry completely, and store in a cool, shaded place to prevent deformation
