The GS implant rough system is a one-piece, specially designed implant that connects to the bone from its apical and has excellent primary stability due to support from its connection to the cortical bone (basal bone). GS implants rough can withstand greater force because of the integrated superstructure. The system is free from neck fractures, screw loosening, and screw breakages with its one-piece structure.

Directions for Use

• Patient Assessment
  Evaluate the bone quality using radiographic and clinical examination. The rough GS implant is ideal for D3 and D4 bone types where enhanced osseointegration is desired.

• Site Preparation
  Perform atraumatic extraction if needed. Prepare the osteotomy site by drilling according to the implant diameter. The implant is designed for placement through lateral bone compression, not just tapping.

• Implant Insertion
  Insert the implant into the prepared site using slow-speed torque insertion. The self-compressing design ensures tight engagement with surrounding bone, enhancing primary stability.

• Cortical Engagement
  Ensure that the apical and crestal ends of the implant engage the cortical plates to maximize initial stability. Avoid over-torquing during placement.

• Prosthetic Compatibility
  As it is a one-piece system, immediate temporary prosthesis can be delivered based on insertion torque and clinical judgement, enabling full treatment in as little as 72 hours.

• Post-Insertion Care
  Educate the patient on post-operative hygiene. The rough surface promotes cellular adherence, but careful cleaning is essential to prevent peri-implant complications.

• Follow-Up
