Directions for Use

• Open the Package: Open the package from the side marked with the symbol “S.” Lay the instrument on a sterile field, ensuring maximum sterile conditions
• Grip the Device: Hold the device with the transparent tank facing the bone to ensure accurate movements
• Bone Collection: Push the end of the device towards the bone surface while simultaneously pulling it backward.You can also collect bone using slanting and sideways movements.Adjust the angle and pressure to achieve the desired consistency of bone lamellae or plates
• Capacity: The Safescraper Twist Curve can hold up to 2.5 cc of bone, while the Volumizer can hold up to 3 cc.
• Retrieving Collected Bone: Keep the transparent tank facing downward. Press the lock button sideways and slide the tank clockwise to release collected bone.
• Continuing Collection: To continue collecting or before disposal, return the tank to its original position and press the button laterally to engage the lock
• Transfer Bone: Use forceps or a spoon-type elevator to transfer collected bone to the surgical site
• Post-Use: Dispose of the device according to medical waste regulations as it is single-use only
