- Condensation: Gently press the material into the cavity to ensure proper adaptation and eliminate voids. Avoid excessive force to prevent material displacement.
- Smoothing & Finishing: Use the instrument to refine the surface, ensuring smooth transitions and proper marginal adaptation before light curing.
- Curing Consideration: When working with light-cured composites, minimize instrument pressure to prevent dislodging the material before polymerization.
- Cleaning After Use: Immediately clean the instrument with an appropriate cleaning solution or ultrasonic cleaner to remove residual material before sterilization
