Directions for Use

• Selection — Choose the appropriate zirconia cutting bur size from the pack based on the clinical case and material thickness.
• Handpiece Setup — Prepare the high-speed handpiece by cleaning, lubricating, and disinfecting it in compliance with standard protocols.
• Mounting — Insert the bur securely into the handpiece chuck, ensuring it is properly aligned and fully seated to avoid vibration during operation.
• Operation — Start the handpiece and gently bring the bur to the zirconia surface. Apply light, steady pressure and allow the bur to cut effectively without forcing it.
• Cooling — Maintain continuous water spray during use to control heat generation, prevent microfractures in the zirconia, and protect adjacent tooth structure.
• Finishing & Removal — After the cutting is complete, stop the handpiece and carefully remove the bur from the chuck.
• Post-use Care — Rinse the bur thoroughly to remove all debris, then sterilize it in an autoclave following standard protocols before storing for next use.
