Directions for Use

Select the Appropriate Size:

• Identify the size of the root canal using radiographs or measurements.
• Choose the corresponding color-coded Protaper Universal Paper Point (e.g., F1, F2, etc.).

Prepare the Canal:

• Complete the initial shaping and cleaning of the root canal using Protaper Universal rotary files.
• Irrigate and clean the canal to remove debris.

Dry the Canal:

• Use the selected Protaper Universal Paper Point to dry the canal thoroughly.
• Insert the paper point into the canal and gently absorb excess moisture.
• If necessary, use multiple paper points until the canal is adequately dried.

Check Fit and Remove:

• Ensure that the paper point fits snugly in the canal without excessive pressure.
• Remove the paper point carefully, avoiding any contact with the canal walls.

Verify Dryness:

• Inspect the removed paper point for moisture. It should appear visibly dry.
• If needed, repeat the drying process with additional paper points until the canal is adequately dried.

Continue Treatment:

• Proceed with the root canal procedure, such as obturation (sealing) with gutta-percha and a sealer.

Dispose of Used Paper Points:
