Directions for Use

• Preparation: Ensure that the tooth is properly isolated and access is gained to the pulp chamber.
• Initial Negotiation: Begin with the use of hand files to negotiate the canal and create a glide path. This helps facilitate the introduction of rotary files.
• Selecting the Shaping File: Choose the appropriate ProTaper Gold Shaping File based on the anatomy of the canal.
• Insertion: Insert the ProTaper Gold Shaping File into the canal using a brushing motion, similar to ProTaper Universal files.
• Working Length: Advance the file to the predetermined working length, respecting the apical limit.
• Rotary Motion: Activate the file in a rotary motion, allowing it to shape the canal gradually.
• Cleaning and Irrigation: Regularly clean the file and irrigate the canal with a suitable solution to remove debris.
• Progression: Progress through the ProTaper Gold Shaping Files in a sequential manner, advancing to larger sizes as needed.
