Directions for Use

• Verify the component: Confirm that the blank is labelled for the NP platform and matches the implant system you intend to restore.
• Pre-milling setup: Mount the blank in the designated milling holder compatible with your CAD/CAM machine. Ensure the connection interface is secured to prevent rotation.
• Scan and design: Using a compatible scan body and appropriate software workflow, design the custom abutment with correct emergence, angulation and cuff height.
• Mill the blank: Proceed with milling per your machine’s validated CAM parameters. After milling, remove any sprue, polish the surface and inspect the implant connection for damage or debris.
• Clean and sterilise: Since the blank is provided NON-STERILE, clean and sterilise the finished abutment.
