Directions for Use

Step 1: Case Evaluation & Implant Verification

• Confirm the implant system compatibility and platform size before starting the procedure. Examine the implant position, angulation, soft tissue condition, and available restorative space to ensure proper Ti Base selection.

Step 2: Sterilization Before Clinical Use

• Remove the Ti Base and prosthetic screw from the packaging and sterilize them in an autoclave according to standard clinical sterilization protocols before placing intraorally.

Step 3: Remove Healing Abutment

• Carefully remove the healing abutment from the implant using the appropriate driver. Clean the implant connection thoroughly to remove saliva, blood, or debris for accurate seating.

Step 4: Seat the Ti Base Properly

• Place the Ti Base onto the implant connection and verify complete passive seating. Ensure that the internal hex connection aligns correctly without any rocking or gap formation.

Step 5: Tighten the Prosthetic Screw

• Insert the fixation screw through the Ti Base and tighten it using a calibrated torque wrench according to the implant manufacturer’s recommended torque value. Proper torque application helps reduce screw loosening and long-term prosthetic complications.

Step 6: Digital Scanning Procedure

• Attach the compatible scan body onto the Ti Base for digital impression procedures. Capture accurate intraoral scans using a CAD/CAM-compatible scanner to record implant position and emergence profile.

Step 7: CAD Design of Restoration

• Import the scan data into CAD software and digitally design the zirconia crown, bridge, or hybrid restoration. Ensure proper occlusion, contact points, emergence profile, and aesthetic contouring during the design stage.

Step 8: Milling & Restoration Fabrication

• Mill or fabricate the prosthesis using zirconia or other compatible restorative materials. Finish and polish the restoration according to laboratory protocols before final placement.

Step 9: Cementation or Screw Retention

Depending on the treatment plan, either:

• Cement the restoration onto the Ti Base extraorally using suitable dental cement, or
• Deliver the restoration as a screw-retained prosthesis directly over the implant.

Step 10: Final Placement & Occlusal Check

Seat the final restoration intraorally and verify:

• Marginal fit
• Occlusal contacts
• Proximal contacts
• Soft tissue adaptation
• Aesthetic integration

Make necessary adjustments if required.

Step 11: Final Tightening & Closure

• For screw-retained restorations, apply final torque and seal the screw access channel using Teflon tape and composite restorative material.

Step 12: Post-Operative Maintenance

• Advise the patient regarding oral hygiene maintenance, periodic follow-ups, and routine implant evaluation to ensure long-term restorative success.
