Directions for Use

• Preparation: Open the sterile package . Ensure the surgical area is also prepared and free of contaminants.

• Application: Place the collagen sponge directly into the extraction site or wound area. Position it carefully to cover the site fully for optimal support in clot formation and healing.

• Adaptation: Press the sponge gently into place to ensure it conforms to the shape of the wound. Avoid excessive force to maintain its structure and effectiveness.

• Hemostasis: The sponge aids in hemostasis. Wait for it to absorb naturally without disturbing the site, as it will dissolve over time.

• Closure (if required): Suture the site if needed to secure the sponge in place, particularly in large wounds or extraction sites.

• Post-Procedure Care: Instruct the patient to avoid disturbing the site, and follow standard post-procedure care.
