Arum Dental Mill 5X-500L is a true dental production system designed for 24-hour operation supported by the 12-station auto-jig changer. The 5X-500L is the most versatile machine in the Arum range. It caters to milling CoCr and Titanium components such as screw-retained bridges, dental bars, and custom abutments. The Arum 5X-500L is also suitable for all your zirconia crown and bridge work, truly a very versatile machine. It has a 20-station automatic tool changer to allow for a full set of tools for both metal and zirconia.With the wireless auto-calibration, the 5X-500L can calibrate individual abutments for optimum accuracy.Axis motion is a Servo Motor with a built-in Absolute Encoder to ensure perfect zero-point precision.A nice feature is the C-clamping of the blocks which has one side open to allow milling on the side. This feature is very useful when machining full dentures and you can easily mill the undercuts.The Arum 5X-500L features a high precision 2.2KW spindle (2,000 – 60,000 RPM) to support the most difficult cutting conditions. It is capable of milling wet or dry. The wet option uses a water tank and the dry option use a dust vacuum system.
