Directions for Use

• Prepare Your 3D Printer: Ensure your DLP or LCD 3D printer is calibrated and thoroughly cleaned. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for resin handling and safety protocols.
•  Resin Handling: Shake the resin bottle thoroughly before use to ensure a consistent mixture. Work in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and safety glasses.
•  Printing Setup: Carefully pour the resin into the printer’s resin vat, ensuring no spills and that the vat is securely positioned. Adjust printing parameters such as layer height, exposure time, and curing settings according to the manufacturer’s recommendations for optimal results.
• Printing Process: Start the printing process with your 3D model’s specifications loaded into the printer. Monitor the print to ensure proper adhesion to the build platform and consistent quality throughout the print.
• Post-Processing: Once printing is complete, carefully remove the printed model from the build platform. Rinse the printed model in a compatible cleaning solution to remove any uncured resin. Post-cure the model under UV light as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to achieve maximum strength and durability.
• Finishing: If desired, polish the model for a smooth surface finish. Additional aesthetic treatments, such as staining or glazing, can be applied as needed.
• Storage and Safety: Store any unused resin in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Dispose of used resin and cleaning solutions according to local environmental regulations to ensure safe and responsible handling.
