Directions for Use

Initial Preparation:

• Ensure the patient is properly anesthetized.
• Isolate the tooth with a rubber dam to maintain a clean working field.

Access the Root Canal:

• Remove any existing filling material or debris from the root canal.
• Use endodontic files to establish a glide path and clean the canal to the working length.

Select the Appropriate Drill:

• Choose the correct size of RelyX Fiber Post Drill based on the size of the post to be placed.
• Refer to the color-coding system for easy identification of the correct drill size.

Widen and Shape the Canal:

• Insert the selected RelyX Fiber Post Drill into a low-speed handpiece.
• Use the drill to gradually widen and shape the root canal, following the canal’s original curvature.
• Perform the drilling in a gentle, back-and-forth motion to avoid excessive pressure and minimize the risk of perforation.

Check the Fit:

• Periodically remove the drill and check the canal for proper shape and size.

Irrigation:

Dry the Canal:
