Directions for Use

• Step 1: Case Preparation & Scanning
  
  Prepare the tooth as per standard prosthetic guidelines and capture a precise digital impression using an intraoral scanner or lab scanner.
• Step 2: CAD Design
  
  Import the scan data into CAD software and design the restoration (crown, bridge, or implant prosthesis) with proper margins, occlusion, and contacts.
• Step 3: Block Selection
  
  Choose the appropriate zirconia block size (98x20mm) and shade/translucency based on clinical requirements.
• Step 4: CAM Setup
  
  Load the design into CAM software, define milling parameters, and position the restoration correctly within the zirconia disc.
• Step 5: Milling Process
  
  Fix the zirconia block securely into the milling machine and initiate the milling process. Ensure proper tool selection for accurate cutting.
• Step 6: De-nesting & Finishing (Pre-Sintering)
  
  Carefully remove the milled restoration from the block. Smoothen connectors and refine margins gently in the pre-sintered (green state) stage.
• Step 7: Sintering
  
  Place the restoration in a sintering furnace and run the recommended sintering cycle to achieve final strength and density.
• Step 8: Characterization & Glazing

• Step 9: Clinical Try-in
  
  Check fit, marginal adaptation, occlusion, and proximal contacts intraorally. Make minor adjustments if necessary.
• Step 10: Final Cementation
  
  Clean the restoration and cement it using appropriate dental cement following standard clinical protocols.
