Directions for Use

Impression Taking:

• After soft tissue has healed (for one-stage surgery, this can be done right after removing the healing abutment), take an impression using appropriate materials.
• Consider X-ray findings and the relationship with adjacent teeth to determine the type and size of the abutment needed.

Sterilization:

• Since the product is not sterile, it must be autoclaved before installation in the mouth.
• Use a dental clinic autoclave at a temperature higher than 121°C for at least 30 minutes.

Setting the Abutment in the Mouth:

• Follow specific instructions for placing the abutment in the mouth.

Taking Final Impression:

• Take the final impression after the abutment has been set in the mouth.

Restoration (If Applicable):

• If the selected abutment is of the cemented type, wax it up on a plaster cast to facilitate the restoration process.

Occlusion Check:

• After placing the fixture or abutment in the mouth, carefully check the occlusion with the upper and lower surfaces.

Recommended Torque:

Adhere to recommended torque values during the connection process.

• For connecting the abutment with the fixture: 30-35N/cm².
• For connecting the healing abutment and cover screw: 8-10N/cm².

Storage and Handling After Use:

• The abutment is intended for single-use only. Do not reuse.
• Preserve the product in a cold, shaded, well-ventilated room with temperatures between 12°C to 28°C and humidity between 0% to 80%.
• Avoid storing it in rooms with chemicals, gas issues, or potential infection sources.
