Directions for Use

Pre-Operative Inspection:

• Before use, visually inspect the airotor for any damage or irregularities.
• Check the cleanliness and sterility of the instrument.

Hand Hygiene:

• Ensure that you have washed and sanitized your hands thoroughly before handling the airotor.

Connecting to Air Supply:

• Connect the airotor to the dental unit’s air supply.
• Confirm that the air pressure settings are within the recommended range (0.18~0.25 MPa).

Loading Burs:

• Select the appropriate bur for the intended dental procedure.

Patient Preparation:

• Communicate with the patient, explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns.
• Administer local anesthesia if necessary.

Operation:

• Hold the airotor with a comfortable grip, utilizing the specially designed head for enhanced visibility.
• Start the airotor and carefully approach the treatment area.
• Use light, controlled pressure to perform cavity preparation, tooth structure removal, or margin creation.

Post-Operative Care:

• After the procedure, turn off the airotor.
• Disconnect the airotor from the air supply.

Cleaning and Sterilization:

• Brush off excess dirt from the airotor head.
• Wipe it clean with an alcohol-soaked cloth.
• Insert the handpiece into a sterilization pouch, seal it, and autoclave following the specified guidelines (20 minutes at 121°C or 15 minutes at 135°C).
