WALDENT LED AIROTOR

The integration of a generator in the coupling enables the use of these airotors with the light on the turbine hose without any power supply.

Ceramic ball bearing in the handpiece with light ensures vibration-free and quiet operation and also provides long service life.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

MAINTENANCE OF THE HIGH-SPEED HANDPIECES

• During the period of warranty, the dentist has to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and lubricate the handpiece with the lubricants supplied by the manufacturer.
• During autoclaving or sterilization procedures one must also follow the manufacturer’s instructions as far as the temperature to which the handpiece can be subjected to.
• Maintain the Air-Pressure of the compressor, it should not be more than 0.2 Mpa

STERILIZATION:

• Brush off excess dirt & wipe clean with an alcohol-soaked cloth
• Insert the handpiece in a sterilization pouch & seal it
• Autoclave for 20min. at 121°C or 15min. at 135°C

Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the handpiece is properly cleaned and sterilized.
• Connect the handpiece to a compatible dental unit using the Bordon 2-Hole connection.

Power Activation:

• Confirm that the air pressure is within the specified range (0.25 MPa).
• Activate the unique electric generator with a minimal air supply for self-illumination.

Lighting:

• Enjoy shadow-free illumination without connecting to a circuit.

Water Spray:

• Activate the 3-jet water spray for effective cooling of the bur and treating contact surfaces.

Burr Change:

• Utilize the push-button cartridge for quick and convenient bur changes.

Operation:

• Perform cavity preparation, tooth structure removal, and margin creation as needed.
• Benefit from the ceramic ball bearing for vibration-free and quiet operation.

Conclusion:

• After use, detach the handpiece and autoclave at 135℃ for thorough disinfection and prevention of cross-infection.
