Directions for Use

Preparation

• Select the appropriate tray size according to the patient’s edentulous arch anatomy
• Clean and sterilize the tray before clinical use
• Verify that the tray is clean, intact, and free from residual material
• Apply a suitable tray adhesive when required for the selected impression material

Impression Procedure

• Prepare the impression material according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Load the material evenly onto the non-perforated tray
• Ensure adequate material coverage across the tray and rim-lock border
• Position the tray centrally over the edentulous arch
• Seat the tray carefully without excessive pressure to maintain appropriate material thickness
• Allow the impression material to set according to the manufacturer’s recommended setting time
• Remove the tray using the integrated handle with controlled movement
• Inspect the completed impression for adequate coverage and anatomical detail

Post-Procedure Care

• Remove residual impression material from the tray immediately after use
• Clean thoroughly using an approved dental instrument cleaning solution
