Vishal Dentocare ZircoTech DC Lute is a self-adhesive dual cure resin cement designed for the permanent cementation of indirect restorations. This two-component, radiopaque composite resin cement combines light-cure and self-cure polymerization to ensure reliable setting even in areas where curing light penetration is limited. Its low-viscosity formulation provides smooth dispensing through the automix syringe for accurate placement and minimal air entrapment. ZircoTech DC Lute is indicated for the permanent cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, implant-supported crowns, and metal, composite, or ceramic posts. The self-adhesive formulation simplifies the cementation procedure while providing dependable bonding to a wide range of restorative materials. Each kit contains one 9 g automix syringe with five automix mixing tips, making it suitable for routine restorative and prosthodontic procedures.

Directions for Use

Preparation

• Prepare the tooth and restoration according to the restorative material being used
• Attach a new automix tip to the syringe before dispensing
• Dry the prepared surfaces while avoiding contamination

Application

• Dispense the mixed cement directly into the restoration or onto the prepared surface
• Seat the restoration immediately using firm and even pressure
• Maintain the restoration in position until the initial setting stage is reached

Setting

• Initial setting occurs in approximately 2 to 2.5 minutes
• Complete chemical setting occurs within 3 to 4 minutes
• Light curing may be performed for faster polymerization when required

Post Use Care

• Remove excess cement during the initial setting stage
• Discard the used mixing tip after the procedure
• Store the syringe between 10°C and 24°C with the cap securely closed
