Vishal Dentocare V-Gaurd is a high level disinfectant for instruments and handpieces.
Composition :
Each 100 gms contains :
- Glutaraldehyde : 15.2g
- 1.6 – Dihydroxy 2.5 – Dioxahexane : 19.7 g
- Rust Inhibitors, Hi – Tech Cleansors
Indications:
- For instant sterilization of dental instruments
For Surface disinfection :
Standard recommended concentrations is 1% for routine prophylactic disinfection.
Precaution :
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse at once with water and seek medical advice.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in cool place.

- Good material compatibility, presence of anti-rust agent.
- Glutaraldehyde at slightly acidic ph is more stable, more sporicidal & less damaging.
- Very active bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal virucidal & sporicidal activity.

Directions for Use
For Using Gloves
- Dilute 05 parts of V – Guard to 95 parts of clean tap water to get 5% solutions.
- Dip pre rinse Gloves in prepared V – Guard solution.
For Using Instrument
- Dilute 05 parts of V – Guard to 95 parts of clean tap water to get 5% solutions.
- Dip pre rinse Instrument in prepared V – Guard solution.
Remarks :
- Dip Instruments in diluted V – Guard for 30 minutes before surgery.
- After removal the instrument or equipment’s, rinse in sterile water only
- Do not use Saline for rinsing
