Directions for Use

Preheat Thermoforming Unit: Set the unit according to recommended parameters (Scheu Ministar S: 220°C, 30s heating, 20s cooling or Erkopress ci motion: 185–200°C, 60s cooling).

Place Sheet: Position the 0.40mm sheet in the thermoforming machine without the protective film.

Heat and Form: Heat the sheet until it reaches the required temperature, then adapt it over the model using vacuum or pressure forming.

Cool Properly: Allow the sheet to cool completely as per specified time to maintain dimensional accuracy.

Trim and Finish: Carefully trim excess material and smooth the edges to achieve a precise attachment tray.

Bond Attachments: Use the tray with compatible composite to bond attachments accurately.
