Directions for Use

• Ensure the facebow is properly adjusted and fitted by an orthodontist.

• Position the inner arms of the facebow into the buccal tubes of the upper molars.

• Adjust the strap tension as prescribed to achieve desired force direction.

• Instruct the patient to wear the headgear for 12–14 hours daily, preferably including nighttime.

• Avoid wearing during physical activities or while eating.
