Mode Use & Settings

The device provides 5 working modes:

Normal Mode, Pulse Mode, Seconds Curing Mode, Gradual Mode, and Caries Mode.

1️⃣ Normal Mode

• In standby mode, long press the function key.

• The digital display will cycle through 5 working modes.

• When the Normal Mode icon appears, release the key to select it.

• Enter time setting mode.

• Available timer options: 10s / 15s / 20s / 25s / 30s

• Press the function key to confirm the desired time.

A beep sound indicates successful setting.

Use: Suitable for routine composite restorations and bonding procedures.

2️⃣ Pulse Mode

• In standby mode, long press the function key.

• When Pulse Mode icon appears, release the key.

• Enter time setting state.

• Timer options available: 5s / 10s / 15s / 20s / 25s / 30s / 40s

• Press function key to confirm selection.

Beep sound confirms successful setting.

Use: Reduces polymerization shrinkage stress; ideal for layered restorations.

3️⃣ Seconds Curing Mode

• In standby mode, press and hold the function key.
• When “Seconds Curing Mode” appears, release the key.
• Press the function key once to complete setting.
• Digital display cycles between 1s and 3s.
• Select desired time and confirm.

Beep sound indicates successful setting.

Use: Ultra-fast spot curing and quick fixation procedures.

4️⃣ Gradual Mode (Progressive Mode)

• Long press function key in standby mode.
• When Gradual Mode icon appears, release the key.
• Enter time setting state.
• Timer options: 10s / 20s / 30s / 40s
• Press function key to confirm.

Beep sound confirms selection.

Use: Gradual increase in intensity to minimize internal stress.

5️⃣ Caries Mode

• Long press the function key in standby mode.
• The display cycles through 5 working modes.
• When Caries Mode icon appears, release the key.
• Enter time setting mode.
• Timer options: 10s / 20s / 40s / 60s
• Press function key to confirm.

Beep sound indicates successful setting.

Use: For detecting carious lesions before restorative procedures.

Step 1: Charging the Device

• Insert the unit into the charging pedestal and connect the Type-C cable to a power source
  
  OR
• Connect the Type-C cable directly to the bottom charging port of the unit
• Green indicator light shows charging status
• Blue indicator light indicates full charge

Step 2: Power On

• Press the function button once to turn ON the device
• A beep sound confirms activation

Step 3: Mode Selection & Timer Setting

• Short press the function button to cycle between modes:
  
  1s Mode / Normal Mode / Pulse Mode / Progressive Mode / Caries Mode
• Long press in standby mode to enter timer setting
• Select desired curing time (1s / 10s / 20s / 30s) by short pressing the function key
• Release to confirm selection (beep sound confirms setting)

Step 4: Begin Curing

• Position the light guide close to the restoration surface
• Press the function button to start curing
• The digital display will show the countdown timer
• The device will beep at the start and completion of curing

Step 5: After Use

• Remove the detachable light guide
• Disinfect with alcohol or approved medical disinfectant
• Place the unit back on the pedestal for storage
