Endure Nano – Light activated, quick curing Nano Hybrid Composite indicated for direct esthetic restoration of anterior and posterior teeth.

• Edure Nano contains a ytterbium fluoride mono-dispersed nano-sized particle which combined with regular silica and barium glass composes a state of the art nano-filler system.
• Edure Nano is a high viscosity composite that will resist sticking to instruments, yet will have sufflicient flow to adapt to tihe walls of the cavity preparation.
• Edure Nano is radio-opaque and provides high compressive and flexural strengths along with a low water uptake.
• Endure has a very low water uptake thus no pigment absorption and zero solubility over a period.
• It is an universal composite that can be used in all classes of direct dental restorations.

INDICATIONS:

Edure Nano is indicated for direct esthetic restoration of anterior and posterior teeth. It provides exceptional esthetics since it is formulated in shades matching the VITA® Shade Guide. This nanohybrid composite can be used in all classes of direct dental restorations: Class I, II, III, IV, and V.

Specifications

Formulation: The resin based matrix contains approximately 19 wt% of Bis-GMA based dimethacrylate system. The filler system contains approximately 80 wt% (65vol%) silanated 40 nanometer ytterbium fluoride, silanated 500 nanometer barium glass and 10 nanometer silica. Thereis approximately 1wt% of catalyst, inhibitors and pigment.

Directions for Use

• Isolation: Isolate the tooth from saliva and moisture using a dental dam or appropriate methods.
• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the cavity, removing debris, decay, and contaminants.
• Bonding: Apply a suitable dental bonding system or adhesive to the cavity walls as instructed for application and curing.
• Composite Placement: Dispense a small amount of resin composite and adapt it into the cavity, ensuring proper adaptation to the walls and contours of the tooth.
• Contouring and Shaping: Use dental instruments to contour and shape the composite material to achieve the desired anatomical form and occlusion.
• Finishing and Polishing: After curing, use suitable finishing and polishing techniques (e.g., burs, discs, polishing pastes) to achieve a smooth and esthetic surface.
