Directions for Use

Preparation: Gather your vacuum-forming machine, and dental mold, and ensure your workspace is clean
Select Sheet: Choose the appropriate thickness of the Softflex sheet based on your application
Heating the Sheet:
- Place the square sheet in the heating chamber of the vacuum-forming machine
- Heat until the sheet becomes soft and pliable, typically between 160°C to 180°C (320°F to 356°F)
Molding:
- Quickly position the heated sheet over the dental mold
- Activate the vacuum to pull the sheet tightly against the mold
Cooling:
- Allow the molded sheet to cool for a few minutes while still on the mold
Trimming:
- Once cooled, remove the formed plastic from the mold
- Trim any excess material for a clean finish
Final Adjustments:
- Inspect for fit and comfort, making any necessary adjustments
