Directions for Use

• Select size – Choose the appropriate tray size based on the patient’s arch and case requirements.

• Heat moulding – Immerse the tray in hot water as per manufacturer’s recommended temperature until soft and pliable.

• Shape the tray – Adapt the softened tray to the patient’s arch to match unique anatomical contours.

• Cool and set – Remove from the mouth and cool under running water to retain the adapted shape.

• Load impression material – Apply the selected impression material evenly into the moulded tray.

• Take impression – Seat the tray in the patient’s mouth, ensuring stability and comfort until set.

• Dispose after use – Discard the tray after a single use to maintain cross-contamination control.
