Directions for Use

Preparation

• Ensure your 3D printer supports 385-405 nm curing wavelength.
• Shake the resin bottle thoroughly for 2-3 minutes before use.
• Work in a well-ventilated area with appropriate PPE (gloves, eyewear).

Printer Setup

• Pour the resin carefully into the printer’s resin vat.
• Level the build plate according to your printer’s instructions.
• Use recommended settings or PrestoCraft print profile (if available).

Printing

• Prepare your model in slicing software with proper layer height and exposure settings.
• Start the print and monitor the first few layers for proper adhesion.

Post-Processing

a. Cleaning

• Remove the print from the build plate.
• Rinse thoroughly in 95%+ IPA or use an ultrasonic cleaner for 2-5 minutes.

b. Drying

• Allow the part to air dry completely.

c. Post-Curing

• Use a UV chamber with 385-405 nm light for at least 5-10 minutes.

Finishing

• Polish to enhance aesthetics and achieve natural tooth-like finish.
• Smooth edges and ensure clean margins for provisional applications.
