Directions for Use

Prepare the Tooth:

• Clean and dry the tooth thoroughly
• Remove any decay and shape the cavity as required

Select the Matrix:

• Choose the appropriate Quickmat All-round matrix based on the tooth and cavity size

Position the Matrix:

• Place the matrix around the tooth ensuring it fits snugly
• Use the Autoclavable Placement Instrument (API) to hold the matrix in place

Tighten the Matrix:

• Utilize the tensioning spool on the API to tighten the matrix securely
• Ensure the matrix is stable and contours well to the tooth structure

Insert Wedges (if needed):

• Place Interdental Maple Wood Wedges to help secure the matrix and create proper separation

Restore the Tooth:

• Proceed with the restorative procedure, applying the filling material as needed
• Ensure the material is properly packed and shaped against the matrix

Cure the Material:

• Use a curing light to set the restorative material according to standard protocol

Remove the Matrix:

• Carefully loosen and remove the matrix once the restoration is complete
• Remove any wedges used

Finish and Polish:

• Check the contact points and margins
• Perform any necessary finishing and polishing for a smooth, anatomical restoration

Sterilize the Instruments:

• Autoclave the API and other reusable components to maintain hygiene for future use
