The Piocreat PioNext Ultra Dental LCD Resin 3D Printer DJ-89 is designed for professional dental laboratories and digital dentistry workflows requiring accurate, efficient resin printing. Equipped with an 8.9-inch 4K monochrome LCD screen and 3840 × 2400 pixel resolution, it delivers detailed prints with approximately 47 μm pixel precision. The printer incorporates an integral light source system to promote uniform exposure and consistent curing across the printing area. Its 192 × 120 × 100 mm build volume provides sufficient space for producing multiple dental models in a single printing cycle. With printing speeds of up to 60 mm/h, the DJ-89 helps improve laboratory productivity and turnaround times. Directions for Use

How to Install

• Unpack the Printer: Remove the Piocreat PioNext Ultra DJ-89 and all accessories carefully from the packaging.
• Select the Location: Place the printer on a stable, level, dry, and well-ventilated surface away from direct sunlight.
• Install the Resin Vat: Position the resin vat correctly on the printer base and secure it firmly.
• Attach the Build Platform: Mount the build platform onto the Z-axis holder and tighten it securely.
• Check the LCD Area: Ensure the LCD screen, vat film, and build platform are clean and free from dust or resin residue.
• Connect Power: Connect the supplied power cable and switch on the printer.
• Level the Platform: Perform build-platform leveling according to the printer interface or manufacturer instructions before the first print.
• Prepare the Software: Install or open compatible slicing software and configure the DJ-89 printer profile and resin parameters.

How to Use

• Prepare the Dental Model: Import the required STL or compatible dental model file into the slicing software.
• Position the Model: Orient the model correctly and add supports where necessary.
• Set Printing Parameters: Select suitable layer height, exposure time, and other settings according to the resin being used.
• Slice the File: Slice the model and transfer the prepared print file to the printer.
• Add Resin: Mix the compatible dental resin properly and pour the required quantity into the resin vat.
• Start Printing: Select the prepared file from the printer interface and begin the printing process.
• Remove the Print: After printing is complete, carefully remove the build platform and detach the printed model.
• Wash the Model: Clean the print using the washing solution recommended by the resin manufacturer.
• Post-Cure: Cure the washed model using an appropriate UV curing unit for the recommended time.
• Clean After Use: Clean the build platform and resin vat, filter reusable resin, and store it according to the resin manufacturer’s instructions.
