Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the patient’s mouth is clean and dry.
• Examine the molar bands and buccal tubes for any damage or defects.

Welding the Buccal Tube:

• Position the buccal tube on the first molar band.
• Weld the tube securely onto the band using a welding device, ensuring a firm attachment.

Placement on the Molar:

• Fit the molar band with the welded buccal tube onto the patient’s first molar.
• Adjust the band to ensure a snug fit around the tooth.

Adjusting and Securing:

• Use orthodontic pliers to make any necessary adjustments for a perfect fit.
• Ensure the buccal tube sits comfortably, minimizing occlusal interference and gingival impingement.

Inserting the Archwire:

• Gently introduce the archwire into the buccal tube’s slot funneled entrance.
• Ensure the archwire is positioned correctly within the 0.022 hole size for optimal control.

Final Check:

• Verify the stability and comfort of the buccal tube and molar band.
• Ensure the integrated ball hook is positioned correctly for elastics application if needed.
• Confirm there is no irritation or discomfort for the patient.
