• Coupling: Ensure that the handpiece is compatible with your unit’s coupler. The Wide Fitting design allows for compatibility with couplers from all companies. Connect the handpiece to the unit securely.
• Preparation: Before use, inspect the handpiece to ensure it is clean and free from any debris or contamination. Check that the bur is securely inserted and locked in place.
• Sterilization: If the handpiece is not already sterilized, follow your standard sterilization procedures using autoclave sterilization. Note that only the exterior parts of the handpiece are made of titanium and suitable for autoclave sterilization.
• Positioning: Position the patient comfortably and adjust the dental chair accordingly. Ensure proper lighting and visibility for the dental procedure.
• Water Supply: Connect the handpiece to a clean water supply. Make sure the water flow is sufficient for proper cooling during operation.
