Directions for Use

Power & Setup:

• Connect the machine to a 220V power supply and ensure it is placed on a stable, level surface. Verify all connections and prepare the CAM software

Material Loading:

• Secure the disc or block into the Snap-In Clamp System using the correct adapter to ensure accurate positioning and prevent insertion errors

Tool Preparation:

• Load milling tools into the 4-station Automatic Tool Changer (ATC). Confirm proper alignment and readiness

Software Operation:

• Import design files via the CAM software. The system will auto-adjust air pressure and spindle settings according to the selected material

Milling Process:

• Initiate the milling operation. The machine will perform automated tool changes and activate dust collection when the front cover is opened

Completion & Removal:

• After milling, carefully remove the finished restoration. Utilize the integrated drawers and disc rack for organized storage

Maintenance:

• Clean the machine regularly. Replace the user-friendly spindle without the need for a technician or special tools
