Directions for Use

Preparation

• Select the bur shape and diameter matching the clinical step (sectioning, margin, or reduction)
• Seat the bur fully in the airotor handpiece and check for runout or wobble before starting
• Confirm the water spray/coolant line is flowing before the bur contacts tooth or restoration
• Isolate the field and protect adjacent soft tissue

Operation

• Run at high speed only, with continuous water spray throughout
• Apply light, intermittent pressure — let the diamond do the cutting rather than forcing it
• Work in short passes and reassess progress frequently, especially when sectioning through zirconia
• Switch to a fresh bur once cutting efficiency drops, typically after 2–4 zirconia crown cuts

Post-Use Care

• Treat as single-use where possible; discard after the case
• If reused, clean thoroughly and autoclave-sterilise before the next use
• Inspect the diamond coating under magnification for stripped or worn areas before reuse
